1. Introduction
   Access to MyMavShop.com products, services and MyMavShop website https://www.mymavshop.com/, including any of its content, is conditional on your agreement to these Terms. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. By creating an account, or by using or visiting our Website, you are bound to these Terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these Terms.
2. Vouchers
   Each voucher is applicable for a single transaction (unless stated otherwise)
   Customers should take note of the expiry dates of the voucher that they wish to redeem. Any voucher which have expired will be invalid.
   Vouchers are not valid for shipping fees. (if applicable)
   Voucher codes are to be entered at the checkout page.
   Assigned vouchers can only be redeemed by registered customer who has already login to their account during purchase.
   We reserve the right to cancel any order if a customer’s purchasing behaviour appears to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
   Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
   We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions or cancel any vouchers / promotions without prior notice.
   Each coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
   For any refund request for transactions using a voucher, the the voucher amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Store Credits & Gift Cards
   Store Credit & Gift Cards are not transferable, non-refundable, or redeemable for cash.
   Any balance will remain on a Store Credit and E-Gift Card.
   Store Credits & Gift Cards can be used for merchandise and shipping cost.
   Refund requests are refunded as Store Credit when Store Credit and/or Gift Cards are used as payment. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for Store Credit and Gift Cards.
   We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen Store Credit and Gift Cards.
4. Lucky Wheel
   By taking part in the Lucky Wheel spin, you hereby agree that MyMavShop & its affiliated parties may collect, store and process your personal data that you have provided in the form for the purpose of outreaching to you for the prizes and/or for receiving updates from us.
   Participants must fill in their email address before spinning the Lucky Wheel to be eligible for the winning voucher.
   The participant will be notified of their winning immediately after spinning the wheel in the form of a voucher code. The voucher code will also be sent to the email address entered during the Lucky Wheel’s sign up.
   The winning vouchers are specific to your email address. They cannot be modified or exchanged in any way.
   Only 1 spin per day is allowed for each participant.
   Winners can redeem their vouchers during the checkout on MyMavShop.com
